Dear Multi-Course Owners and Resort Operators,

What if every one of your golfers got their own personalized tee time booking assistant, helping them 24 hours a day to find the perfect time at your course? Even better, what if your operators never had to answer a single call to fill every white space in the tee sheet? This isn’t a fictional vision of the tee sheet management future, this is reality with Noteefy’s automation technology for operators.

Dozens of courses and operators today across the US, from T10 resorts to 9 hole daily fee courses, are rolling out Noteefy to help their golfers find tee times and operators fill the tee sheet without any manual searching & calling. The results have been impressive across the board with many courses reporting incremental bookings up 10+% M/M compared to the same period the year before and phone call time down dozens of hours a week.

We are honored to have the opportunity to connect with you at the MCOR Retreat and look forward to learning more about how we can help drive top line performance AND an improved golfer experience.

Sincerely,

Jake Gordon

Noteefy (pronounced ‘notify’) is the first automated tee time assistant / waitlist for golfers and golf courses to improve the golfer booking experience, while accelerating course revenue and efficiency. The Noteefy booking assistant is customized to each course’s branding and integrates directly on top of any course’s POS tee sheet without requiring an implementation.

Today Noteefy is delivering results for leading resorts like Sand Valley and Streamsong, in addition to several of the leading MCOs.

  1. A golfer goes to the course tee sheet and does not see the time they want. They are provided with the option to use the automated tee time assistant — powered by Noteefy.
  2. The golfer adds their custom preferences (dates, time range, and number of players) that they want, as long into the future as they would like (such as every Friday morning the rest of the calendar year).
  3. The golfer confirms their preferences, and as soon as there is a match (either cancelation or time released) the golfer gets a notification via text and email to their phone, routing them to the course tee sheet directly.
  4. The golfer clicks through to the tee sheet and books as they normally would — delivering the revenue directly to the course.
